Discipline: Cyclocross (Cat 3)

From '00 to '05 raced triathlon and was a member of the US Navy triathlon team, and on southwest regional Navy-sponsored team from San Diego.

Raced road only from '03 to '05, advanced from cat. 5 to cat. 3 then was stationed in Japan for 3 years and stopped racing until fall '08.

2009 Season Objectives

Race road periodically throughout the summer in masters and cat. 3 fields and target a couple of important races for fun rather than the likelihood of advancing in category. Focus on preparation for my new favorite discipline—cyclocross and maximize my results this year with better preparation and now of course, a better bike!
