  2. What are three areas of improvement you see a need for within the world of bike fitting and what are your proposed solutions?

Seven Cycles has the opportunity of a lifetime for the right individual. We'd like to talk to you if you're looking for a challenging career and are an EXPERT in these areas:

  • Lifelong Practice: You have at least 5 years of experience in each of these disciplines: racing bikes, coaching athletes, and doing scientific and performance-based bike fittings.
  • Design and Development: You have a deep understanding of CAD and other design technologies, for the purpose of bike design and athletic performance improvement.
  • Theory of Performance: You have a thorough understanding of biomechanics and kinesiology theory, either through a degree or through 7 years of work experience and applied practice.
  • Management: You have experience managing people and projects.
  • Teamwork: You have proven success in working closely with others, including co-workers and clients.

Seven is known for its innovative fit technologies, rider-centric bike design, and the advancement of human performance. The Director will play a key role within the company, continuing to develop Seven's bike design methodology.
