Where's my Frame?

Ordering a custom frame is a milestone for many cyclists, and we know you're probably eager to know the status of your order once Seven has received it. You can stay up-to-speed by checking the progress of your frame online.

Twenty-four hours after Seven receives your Custom Kit from your authorized Seven retailer, you can access your frame's information on-line and find out what's happening at our factory.

To access the report for your frame, enter your password below. You may have identified a password when you completed the Custom Kit. If not, please give us a call at (617) 923-7774 or us and we'll help you choose one.

If your frame update does not appear when you log on, please confirm with your authorized retailer the date that he or she submitted your Custom Kit to Seven. If more than twenty-four hours have passed since they submitted your order, ask your retailer to give us a call.
