Shimano Ultegra 6700

Shimano’s 2010 Ultegra 6700 is 150 grams lighter than the previous generation Ultegra SL. The new group features much of the same technology successfully introduced as part of Shimano’s top-end Dura Ace 7900 groupset.

Ultegra 6700 highlights include:
Redesigned crankset features hollow large chainring for reduced weight
New Dual Control levers feature carbon blades, with cables hidden under the tape for a cleaner, more aggressive look
New brake design uses revised pivots for improved braking
New front & rear derailleurs use wider pivots for less flex
New asymmetrical chain similar to Dura Ace 7900

SRAM Force

SRAM’s 2010 Force group borrows heavily from its professional Red groupset, with bold new graphics, an anodized finish and a lighter total weight.

Force highlights include:
Unidirectional carbon throughout
Forged 6000 Aluminum series parts
Revised brake design with center adjust and spring tension adjust
BB30 Option available for an up charge
