Limited Frame Warranty

Seven Cycles, Inc., hereafter, Seven, warrants the replacement or repair of a Seven frame due to defective workmanship and/or materials subject to the following conditions:
  1. The frame is warranted only to the original retail purchaser and only for the time he or she owns the frame.
  2. The warranty registration card must be completed and returned to Seven within thirty (30) days of purchase.
  3. All warranty claims must be transacted through an authorized Seven retailer by the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
  4. Seven retains sole option to repair or replace the frame as it sees fit.
  5. In no event will Seven be responsible for consequential or special damages, including, but not limited to, pain and suffering.

The Aerios, Elium Race, Elium SG, and ID8 are optimized for normal road riding conditions, and not designed for fixed stationary trainers. Use of a stationary trainer with any clamping mechanism will void the manufacturer's warranty.

Moving parts, including, but not limited to, bearings and suspension parts, are subject to a one (1) year warranty.

Seven does not warrant this frame against malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, improper assembly, use of parts not consistent with intended use, accident, competition, stunt riding, jumping, or commercial use.

Additionally, Seven does not warrant this frame if it has been altered in any way, including, but not limited to such processes such as welding, brazing, filing, polishing, drilling, bead blasting, or anodizing, or through attempted repairs by any persons other than Seven and its authorized agents.

Notice: The bicycle rider assumes the risk of personal injury and understands that riding a bicycle assumes certain risks out of the realm of product performance or failure.

This is the only warranty provided by Seven on the products it fabricates. This warranty supersedes any and all other warranties expressed or implied by Seven or its agents including warranties of fitness for particular purposes or merchantability. Paint is explicitly excluded from this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
